Six years after his highly successful "So" album, Peter finally delivered the follow-up "Us," (although the soundtrack album "Passion" did appear between the two releases). This painfully well-crafted production, by Gabriel and Daniel Lanois, features a long list of collaborators from the world-music roster of Real World, along with electronic experimentalists William Orbit and Brian Eno. Tony Levin, David Rhodes, Bill Dillon and Shankar complete the lineup, with additional vocals by Peter Hammill, Marilyn McFarlane and Sinead O'Connor. Remastered.
